Job Description

Information technologists generally design, operate or maintain technology products. Not limited to employment with technology companies, information technology (IT) specialists may work with any businesses, agencies or organizations that use technology or manage large amounts of information. Regardless of the sector they work in, IT specialists usually provide similar services related to software, hardware, databases, Web resources, networks and enterprise systems.

• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replacing parts as required.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Must have an extensive experience as Network Admin.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in IT operation.
• Must be knowledgeable in Computer hardware and software, Installation, Troubleshooting, Networking, operating systems for windows 7/8/10 and windows server.
• Must be proficient in PC set up windows and MS Office Skills.
• Preferably with a strong knowledge in operation of IT-related equipment such as PC, server and CCTV.
