Job Description

  • The Receptionist greets, welcome, and direct the visitors appropriately. They maintain security and telecommunication system and notify the company personnel on the arrival of visitors.

• Promptly attends to inquiries, service call requests and walk-in queries.
• Courteously handles incoming telephone calls and ensures that incoming calls are accurately forwarded.
• Efficiently note correspondences and messages to be relayed to various individuals concerned.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
• Receive, distribute and file incoming letters, billings, invoices, documents and/or other communications.
• Prepare correspondence and documents.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is a must.
• Required skill(s): Interpersonal Skill, good oral and written communication skills, decision making skills. Knowledge in using computer applications with pleasing personality.

Required Language(s): English, Filipino.

Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
