Job Description:
As our Senior Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple channels. You will work closely with marketing and content teams to design assets that elevate our message and deliver exceptional visual impact.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and manage creative assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and print.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity.
• Lead the creative process from concept to delivery for campaigns, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to produce on-brand visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Oversee print production for brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Stay up to date with design trends, digital innovations, and emerging tools.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in graphic or digital design, ideally in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to balance creative flair with strategic marketing objectives.
