Human Resource Specialist is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. This highly skilled and often highly educated HR professional possesses knowledge of employment and labor law, have deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.

Supervisor/Manager: Learning and Development Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Screening of all applicants for various roles within the company.

• Communicating employer information and benefits during and after screening process.

• Gathering and filing of pre-employment requirements for record keeping purposes.

• Discipline management – Creation of NTEs, facilitate coaching and discussing sanctions.

• Partner and coordinate with social media manager for online engagement and job postings.

• Performing reference and background checks.

• Prepare materials for training/webinars for employee relations.

• Staying current on the company’s organization structure and maintaining organization chart/management profile for HR Orientation.

• Performing HR Orientation.

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure attendance and compliance with Australian telemarketing regulations and guidelines and company rules are maintained.

• Making sure that all employees, regardless of the position, follows the company, building and government mandated rules and policies.

• Provide feedback to improve current system functionality and HR tools.

• Participate and/or lead employee engagement programs.

• Doing Adhoc Tasks as needed by the campaign.

Qualification

• Graduate of 4 year(s) course in Human Resource Management, Law, Legal Management.

• 0-2 years  Human Resource experience.

• Proven analytical skills in areas of reporting and providing insights on the results.

• Culturally capable of operating in a fast moving, dynamic business where operational excellence is expected and a high work ethic and can do attitude comes naturally.

• Organizational process

• Excellent organization and project management skills.

• Dynamic and able to adapt to changes.

• Hands-on and able to work across diverse culture.

• Amenable to work on holidays, weekend and shifting schedule.

• Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
