Job Description:

Customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Handle a large volume of sales calls and chat inquiries in a professional manner
  • • Be familiar with social media platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu
  • • Assist customers through online support and live chat
  • • Demonstrate a positive and optimistic work attitude with strong work planning and self-management skills
  • • Work effectively under pressure and show enthusiasm for sales-related work
  • • Read, write, and speak fluently in Mandarin and English
  • • Meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas through effective upselling
  • • Achieve First Call Resolution
  • • Handle customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timelines and escalating issues when required
  • • Conduct cold calls and disseminate product information to potential clients
  • • Listen to customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
  • • Communicate clear and concise product information to customers
  • • Maintain a high standard of client relationships and grow individual portfolios through referrals
  • • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the campaign
  • • Manage customer accounts by keeping records of interactions, processing customer accounts, filing documents, and ensuring customer details are accurately updated

QUALIFICATIONS

  • • Completed at least two (2) years in college

EXPERIENCE

  • • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage but not required
  • • Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required

SKILLS

  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Flexible and amenable to working weekends, shifting schedules, and holidays
  • • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
  • • Proven time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
