Job Description:

The responsibility of the Salesforce Reporting Analyst is to support the overall client business with reporting, analysis, and production of sales forecast reporting including recurring and ad hoc report deliverables. The Salesforce Reporting Analyst will be delivering strategic analytics data solutions built on native Salesforce Lightning reporting/advanced analytics such as CRM Analytics.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• General analytical and administrative support surrounding data collection and analysis of customer spend data, client retention, departmental performance, and pipeline, and overall account maintenance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Responsible for designing impactful dashboards using native Salesforce Lightning Dashboards or CRM Analytics is a plus.
• Build and maintain trending reporting and analytics in SFDC, Tableau, and dashboards to track performance and other metrics to drive sales and operations insights (CRM Analytics is a plus).
• Organize and document KPIs for user stories and data dependencies.
• Produce weekly and monthly agent scorecards detailing individual agent performance against determined departmental KPIs by extracting data (from SalesForce.com) and producing recurring sales forecast reports on time and accurately.
• Highlight trends and anomalies in weekly or monthly reporting and ensure the appropriate level of investigation and communication with the relevant stakeholders to recommend changes to improve performance
• Develop custom reporting for process monitoring within the Salesforce.com platform
• Regularly consult with management on call center reporting best practices, strategies, and individual team performance, and make proactive recommendations for improving performance targets
• Understanding of associated assets in the Salesforce platform, CRM Analytics, and other integrated technologies (Power BI/Tableau) to drive a cohesive 360 view of territory performance and customer insights.
• Handle complex and varied ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analyses.
• Develop and improve existing reports and streamline, where possible, the reporting process
• Collaborate with the departments and clients in understanding and documenting business processes and reporting needs. Analyze and document data definitions and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course relevant to the role.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst.
• 1 year of experience in reporting and analysis using Salesforce Lightning or Salesforce Classic is required.
• Experience in CRM Tools is a plus.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Proficiency in data manipulation and data management
• Proven analytical skills in areas of reporting and providing insights on the results
• Skilled in statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques, including predictive model development, simulations, optimizations, and other computational methods.
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Experience in developing content for technical deployments for Salesforce.com for Sales & Commercial associates
• Must be self-directed and able to work with individuals at all levels, including executive management (comfort in interacting with and presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams).
• Ability to span multiple technology platforms and the willingness to become proficient in technologies over and above the required specialty.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
